2. Return Eligibility

- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Requests that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged items (not due to our fault)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes a quality inspection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI upon receiving correct details
Sakrishi reserves the right to reject refunds if the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (if applicable)
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping is free only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- In other approved cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
9. Product Representation Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color, print, or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
- Minor thread variations or irregularities are inherent to fabric and do not qualify as defects
10. Abuse & Fair Usage
To ensure fair usage:
- Repeated or excessive return requests may be flagged
- Sakrishi reserves the right to refuse service or future orders in cases of misuse or policy abuse
11. Limitation of Liability
Sakrishi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products beyond the value of the purchased item.
